Check your internet connection, reset your router, and then check the settings of the device where you are using your Worldflix subscription. If you are still experiencing problems, it appears that your ISP is preventing streaming traffic. Try using a different ISP connection. Following this, you shouldn't experience any problems. 

Occasionally, buffering may occur as a result of slow connection or heavy internet traffic. Whenever viewers notice buffering, click "pause" for 10 to 15 seconds, then resume; this will typically minimise or remove the buffer. Alternatively contact us via email and we will assit.
